각형강관을 이용한 기둥보 접합부의 강성변화를 고려한 골조의 종국내력 ( The Ultimate Strength of Frames Varying the Stiffness of Beam-to-Column Connections with Square Hollow Section Columns )

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of ultimate strength of frames varying the stiffness of beam-to column connections with square hollow section columns. Most of connections possess stiffnesses of which are located between the extream cases of fully figid and ideally pined. In order to carry out a rigorous semi-rigid frame, the designer must be based on the actual performance of conncetions. With reference to this type(Semi-Rigid) of analysis it should be remembered that constitutive relation of the connection is generally non-linear and both global elastic and inelastic behaviour of the structure would be affected. Therefore the study will be focused connection flexibility stiffness of semi-rigid sway frames and provided the bounds of elastic and inelastic properties of actual joints to be used in global frame analysis. In this paper three specimens of frames are tested and compared with analysis results.
