Structure Property Analysis and Optimal Design of Die-cutting Machine's Housing Based on ANSYS

The authors performed mechanical analysis to the housing stress of flat-bed cylinder die-cutting machine,used the ANSYS software to perform rigidity analysis of structure,and optimized the structure of housing on that basis.The strength and rigidity of the housing structure was taken as the optimization goal,scheme for improvement of the housing structure was put forward,so as to increase the reliability of the housing.The analysis results show that the mechanical performance of the housing is obviously improved after optimization.
