Griseofulvin and Ketoconazole in the Treatment of Dermatophyte Infections

Teignes tondantes, mycoses ungueales et mycoses cutanees extensives ne peuvent habituellement pas etre traitees par un topique seul, mais necessitent le recours a un traitement systemique: soit de la griseofulvine, soit du lectoconazole. L'etude porte sur l'efficacite comparee de ces deux traitements
