Method for medium access control in single channel wireless network

PURPOSE: A medium access control (MAC) method in a single channel wireless network environment is provided to maximize the efficiency of full-duplex communication method in the single channel wireless network environment. CONSTITUTION: A terminal performing communication with full-duplex communication receives a frame header of data frame (420). The terminal transmits an acknowledgement (ACK) frame in response to the frame header (440). The terminal transmits the ACK frame while receiving the data frame. A network allocation vector (NAV) is included in the ACK frame. The terminal receives the data frame when if a destination of the frame header is terminal itself.
