Prototype Hydraulic Measurements of Water-conveyance Structures at Connecting Section of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project

The hydraulic measurements of water-conveyance structures at the connecting section of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province are carried out through monitoring and calculation of water pressure,volume and roughness by use of the installed instruments such as pressure gauges,pluviographs,ultrasonic flow meters,thin-plate weirs,water rules and extra-adhesion ultrasonic flow meters. They can truly reflect the real working situations of water-conveyance structures and provide feasible data for the economical working management and safe water supply system. It can be used as the reference for design,working and research of hydraulic construction.
