Apparatus and method for detecting examination tissue using ultrasound signal

PURPOSE: A test tissue detection apparatus which uses an ultrasound signal and a method thereof are provided to automatically detect a test tissue by determining the test tissue with respect to a figure line searched from an image. CONSTITUTION: A scanning part(103) generates an image with respect to an object using an ultrasound signal. A sampling part(105) converts the resolution of the generated image. A controller(109) searches n figure lines from the image. The controller determines a test tissue with respect to the searched figure line.
