The temperature dependence of optical and mechanical properties of Tl3AsSe3

The refractive indices of Tl3AsSe3 as a function of wavelength and temperature are reported. Also included are the variations with temperature of the coefficients of thermal expansion. Within the context of a simplified LCAO theory the apparent anomalous temperature dependences of the refractive indices are explained.
