Significance and Realization Strategy of Establishing Enterprise Project Management Informationization Platform

In consideration of the challenge and problems confronted by the project wing in respect of IT-based project management on information,this paper proposes a conception of building the enterprise project management information platform along with an elaborated scheme.Furthermore,the paper discusses the implementation scheme of internal and external information gateway of the enterprise,the management of relation between the suppliers as well as the supply chain management system in the platform.Finally,realization strategy of enterprise multi-project management information platform is submitted.
