공동주택 발코니 결로저감을 위한 단열 및 환기방안에 관한 연구(1)

In this study, design guideline with condensation resistance for balcony area was established based on th quantitative analysis with characteristics of envelope and vents. TDR(Temperature difference ratio) and condensation risk of termally weak points such as corners and edges were calculated with measured temperature and humidity first. And optimization of insulation and ventilation performances was performed next. The design guideline was applied on mock-up house and condensation resistance performance was evaluated with various outdoor conditions. Also alternative insulation guideline was established when installing vents were not available.
