Recent Advances on Computational Proteomics

The application of computational methods in the study of problems related to proteins and enzymes and to their interaction with other molecules is a powerful and vast field of research, which encompasses several different disciplines, normally grouped under the generic designation of Computational Proteomics. In this work, we trace and up-todate analysis of this rich field of research, by presenting a brief
