Automatic Meter Reading, remote meter reading service electric meter which includes a leakage rheometry function

PURPOSE: A remote meter reading watt-hour meter including a leakage current measuring function is provided to ensure the security of leakage current by managing the value of the leakage current in a pre-set range. CONSTITUTION: A watt-hour calculating module(110) detects the voltage of a line for calculating electric power usage. A leakage current measuring module(120) measures the leakage current of the line and calculates a resistant leakage current and a capacitive leakage current. A micro controller(130) integrates the calculated resistant leakage current, the capacitive leakage current, and the calculated electric power usage.
