전체 사면체 요소를 이용한 링롤링 공정의 유한요소 해석

In this paper, a ring rolling simulation technique based on full three-dimensional model discretized by tetrahedral elements is introduced with the related software module. The technique is assisted by a powerful mesh system specialized optimally for ring rolling simulation and parallel processing technique to reduce computational time. The present approach is applied to an actual ring rolling process. The predictions are compared with experiments and the predictions obtained by a hexahedral dual mesh approach, revealing that they are in good agreement.
