Cooperative awareness model based on information visualization

In order to improve the intuition and interaction of cooperative awareness,a cooperative awareness model was proposed based on information visualization.The model mapped the awareness object and awareness mode under the help of awareness granularity and range of awareness.Several graphic information visualization methods including proc- ess line,task precedence graph,mind graph,role distributing graph were also introduced to support the awareness infor- mation communication.The validity of the model was proved in cooperative template modeling system.This cooperative awareness model gives more heuristic interaction in cooperative design,and improves the communication and coopera- tion during procedure.
