SCHEME EVALUATION ON INTRODUCING PASSENGER DEDICATED LINE INTO EXITING RAILWAY TERMINAL

Along with the construction of Passenger Dedicated Line (PDL), more and more of the PDL would need to be introduced to the exiting railway terminal. As to the introduction scheme, it is a decision question of a complicated system formed by numerous factors, also with the characteristics of the quantitative and qualitative analysis combination and high fuzziness. Based on the analysis of main factors influencing introducing Passenger Dedicated Line into railway terminal scheme, according to its influence degree and combined with previous research practice experience, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in the combination of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a set of terminal scheme selection rational evaluation index system is established. By research on the index quantification methods and analysis on the index weight, with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, comprehensive appraisal is carried on. And then the most beneficial scheme is chosen. Finally, taking the scheme of introducing Cheng-Mian-Le PDL into ChengDu railway terminal for an example, the practicality of this algorithm was verified.
