Design and Implementation of The Transforming Plan of the Finance Management Information System in Colleges and Universities Based on Campus Network

The paper puts forward a reconstruction scheme based on the Campus Network in colleges and universities,which aimes at the limitation of the early Financial Management System working in a single LAN and it couldn't be accessed by the Campus Network.With the help of VPN and the financial Web agent,the plan succeeds in solving these problems which result from increasing the interfaces between the Financial Management System and the Campus Network. The paper emphatically analyses the design principle,the specific realization method of the reconstruction scheme and the data flow of the Financial Management Information System after it is reconstructed.
