γ-aminobutyric acid in the rice wine and its healthy function

The GABA in rice wine was determined by the OPA-FMOC pre-column deriving HPLC method. The result showed that the recycling rate was more than 95%, RSD was 3.1%, and the content of GABA contained in the rice wine was 167 g/L~360 g/L, indicating that the Guyue Longshan Shaoxing rice wine was and ideal healthy drinking rich in natural GABA.
