Based on Pixel-Simulation proposed by the author, this paper simplifies the algorithm of calculating damage area of submunition in its effectiveness evaluation, and obviates the mathematic problem of calculating overlapping damage area of submunition, by using Monte Carlo method and computer graphics technology. This algorithm has been proven simple, reliable in accuracy and with many uses, and has become an universal algorithm for computing damage area with overlap.
