The invention discloses a cold rolling mill. The cold rolling mill comprises a rolling roller group, a transmission device, an winding prevention guide plate and spraying beams, wherein spraying beams are installed on two sides of the rolling roller group, spraying beams comprise fluid supply pipelines, a plurality of nozzles and spraying beam arms, fluid supply pipelines are used for conveying working fluids, the plurality of nozzles are used for spraying working fluids, spraying beam arms are connected with fluid supply pipelines and the plurality of nozzles respectively and are used for fixing the plurality of nozzles, the plurality of nozzles are perpendicularly connected with spraying beam arms, and a fixed included angle is formed by the plurality of nozzles and the horizontal plane. Working fluids which are sprayed out of the plurality of nozzles of spraying beams block working fluids flowing back along the transmission device, and the included angle formed by the plurality of nozzles and the horizontal plane and the spraying speed of working fluids can be set according to the back-flow quantity of working fluids. By the aid of the cold rolling mill, the quality of metal finished products is not affected, and waste of resources is greatly reduced on the premise that the back flow of working fluids can be effectively blocked.
