전차선 드로퍼의 피로특성 평가장치 개발

The Dropper which consists of wire rope and clampers supports contact wire and maintain it level to supply electricity though pantograph. During the operation, the droppers are exposed to mechanical stress of repeated bending and tensile caused by the passage of pantographs of trains running in high speed. From the previous researches investigating the failures of droppers in real operation, various failure cases have been reported including clampers and wire ropes. Therefore, it is highly necessary to develop test device and method of dropper which can simulate real operate condition. Thus, in a fatigue test device of dropper was developed which can simulate real operating condition(repeated bending and tensile) of dropper. Also, fatigue characteristics of droppers were evaluated using developed test device, and test results was compared with the results from previous researchs.
