With the increasing of frequency, the development of high-speed circuit is toward large-scale, small-volume and high-speed. Signal integrity issues are identified and solved, which has become increasingly critical. This paper analyzes deeply the reasons for signal integrity problems. By the simulation software Hyperlynx, we can simulate the process of signal integrity problems generated such as reflection and crosstalk generated, and then solutions for the problems are proposed: using the termination technology and increasing sensitive space between signal lines. By the modeling and simulation of UM-BUS transmission system, the eye diagrams of UM-BUS system are measured. The result of eye diagram indicate that UM-BUS have a good transmission quality.
