The invention relates to a remote monitoring, diagnosis and calibration system of an automobile, which is composed of a vehicle-mounted part and an indoor part, wherein the vehicle-mounted part comprises each part of the automobile body and a vehicle-mounted signal conversion module, wherein the each part of the automobile body is connected to a CAN bus; the indoor part comprises an indoor signal conversion module, a CAN card, a computer, a monitoring system, a fault diagnosis system and a remoter calibration system, wherein the indoor signal conversion module is connected with the CAN card; and the CAN card, monitoring system, fault diagnosis system and remoter calibration system are connected with a computer, and the indoor signal conversion module is in communication linkage with the vehicle-mounted signal conversion module by GPRS network. When applied in vehicle tests, the whole set of system can greatly save test manpower, material resources and financial resources, can comprehensively analyze automobile condition indoors, analyze and process faults, revise parameters to realize remote calibration, is favourable for comprehensively analyzing the working condition of the vehicle for vehicle design personnel to determine a calibration scheme so as to furthest optimize the performance of the finished automobile.
