Superconducting fault-current limiters having single unit fast-switch module

A superconducting fault-current limiter having a single unit fast-switch module is provided to realize the stable and reliable half-wave non-current limit type superconducting fault-current limiter and supply stable power to a system. A superconducting fault-current limiter having a single unit fast-switch module comprises a driving coil(322), a fast switch contact point(324), and an arc switching switch(326). The driving coil is arranged on a division path connected in parallel to a superconducting element on a power supply path and generates electronic repulsive power to be applied to an interlocking device when an over-current divided by a quench of the superconducting element is applied. The fast switch contact point is circuitously connected in series between the driving coil as a rear end of the division path and a system and spaced apart by the electronic repulsive power of the interlocking device by being integrally axis-coupled to the interlocking device. The arc switching switch is arranged on a current limit path by being connected to the driving coil in parallel and applies the over-current to a current limit load(330) connected to a rear end in series as a contact point thereof is contacted when the fast switching contact point is separated at a predetermined interval.
