비중계법을 이용한 PC계 감수제의 품질평가 가능성 분석

This study attempted to analyze potentials of evaluating quality of polycarboxylate water reducing agent used frequently on site with a hydrometer when delivering the water-reducing agents to construction sites for ready-mixed concrete. As variables for the experiments, it was planned to find out suitable containers and hydrometer for the experiment using materials of which solid content rate was 13 %, and then the solid content rate was changed in the order of 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, and 13 % to measure respectively density and pH. The result showed that Type B hydrometer and a measuring cylinder with the capacity of 50 cc were suitable for the experiment, and it was judged that the quality evaluation would be possible with this equipment.
