Single-excitation ultrasound elliptic-vibration multi-vibrator material conveying device

The invention discloses a single-excitation ultrasound elliptic-vibration multi-vibrator material conveying device which is mainly used for accurately and precisely conveying strip-shaped materials. The material conveying device disclosed by the invention uses a plurality of vibrators as excitation bodies, wherein each of the vibrators comprises an ultrasonic vibration transducer, an elliptic vibration mode converter, and a friction driving block arranged at the front end of the elliptic vibration mode converter; each of the ultrasonic vibration transducers comprises a bolt, as well as a rear cover plate, a piezoelectric ceramic piece, an electrode plate and a front cover plate, which are sequentially arranged on the bolt in a sleeving manner, and the rear cover plate, the piezoelectric ceramic piece, the electrode plate and the front cover plate are connected and pressed tightly through the bolt ; the elliptic vibration mode converters are arranged at the front ends of the ultrasonic vibration transducers, and serve as straight girder and oblique beam composite structures; the elliptic vibration mode converters can convert the longitudinal ultrasonic vibration generated by the ultrasonic vibration transducers to longitudinal compound ultrasonic elliptic vibration at the tail ends of the elliptic vibration mode converters and on the friction driving blocks. When the vibrators work at the same time, the vibrators drive the strip-shaped materials to continuously move.
