A low-frequency extension of the time-domain adaptive integral method

A novel FFT-accelerated time-domain integral-equation solver applicable to the study of low-frequency electromagnetic wave transients is presented. The solver uses an extended time-domain adaptive integral method (TD-AIM) to accelerate the evaluation of both time-delayed and instantaneous field interactions. The solver is applied to the analysis of a variety of signal/power grid and package geometries.
