GPS satellite positioning system-use

GPS satellite-use positioning system, with a receiving device (11, 12) for receiving information from a plurality of GPS satellites that transmit their respective orbit information and time information, a deviation calculating means for calculating a Doppler shift .DELTA.f between a transmitted from one of the GPS satellite signal frequency (f0) and a signal frequency received by said receiving means (FR), a change calculating means for calculating a rate of change ΔΔf the Doppler shift .DELTA.f, and a position calculating means for calculating. the position of the receiving means using information received by the receiving means from a plurality of GPS satellites for which the rate of change ΔΔf within a preselected range remains, which is different from one caused by multipath propagation of extraordinary range.
