Image database has grown rapidly in the last few years because of the advancement of the digital imaging and storage techniques. It has become more and more difficult for human beings to efficiently and effectively search images. How to choose images interesting to users from different kinds of images is essential. It is unavailable to gain perfect results by text based image retrieval. For efficiently retrieving image from a huge database, the concept of content based image retrieval was introduced in the early 1990s reported by (Long et al. 2003).
