At present,human resources management in Municipal Power-supply Company is in the"climbing" stage that ischanging from the traditional management to the modern strategic management.The mechanism has been initially established,but there still exist some inadequate in the training of human resources development,such as concept of lag,single method and not effective.With the continuous deepening of the grid enterprise reform,by establishing a new dynamic mechanism for posts′ training,it is an effective way for enterprise management upgrade and enhancing their competitiveness and cohesion to give the stuff a targeted and popularized training to fully explore their potential and enhance the overall quality of the staff.
