농업계 고등학교 전문교과의 수행평가 실태분석

The purpose of this study was to describe the actual practices of performance assessment of agricultural subjects in agricultural high schools. For the purpose, the researcher developed the 30 item questionnaire based on the results of literature review, interviews and case-study. The population of the survey was all the teachers who teach agriculture-related vocational subject in agricultural high schools, out of which 418 teachers were selected for the sample. A total of 268 respondents was used for data analysis. This study reported general and specific aspects of performance assessment of agricultural subjects in agricultural high schools, including the assessment result's proportion in final grading, the time and number of assessment practice, the coverage and way of planning performance assessment, the types of performance object, the types of assessing instrument, the ways of grading, the rubric and the ways of applying the assessment result. Additionally, the teachers' perception of the effect of the assessment in the subject, their suggestions on the current performance policy and their needs for the effective performance assessment were investigated. Finally, some recommendations for the future study were made.
