Silicon Micro-Gyroscope Signal Processing method Based on Adaptive Wavelet Thresholding

Gyro random drift is an important index that can affect the precision of MEMS gyro. Decreasing the random drift error is one of the key techniques in improving the precision of MEMS gyro. In this paper, based on the analysis of the theory and the disadvantages of the wavelet thresholding de-noising method, the adaptive wavelet thresholding de-noising method is introduced to denoise the output signal of the MEMS gyro, and the de-noising result is contrasted with thetraditional wavelet thresholding de-noising method. The experimental results show that the proposed method is better than traditional wavelet thresholding de-noising methods. It can effectively reduce the noise in high frequency and restrain the drift error of MEMS gyro.
