Quick changeover in high-speed continuous electro-plating of electronic connectors

The changeover process in high-speed continuous electroplating of an electronic connector was analyzed and optimized.The changeover time was greatly shortened from 89 min 31 s to 17 min 18 s by converting internal activities into external ones,decreasing internal time,improving external time,etc.Therefore,the start-up efficiency was improved.
