A Highly Efficient Deaerator Design and Application

In this paper, in view of the non-condensable gas in the process condensate can not effectively remove in industrial boiler, designed has developed a new type of high efficient deaerator. Three times the gas-liquid separation process can ensure the effective clutter the impurity gas discharge in this deaerator. When the condensation temperature is below 80 °C, standby mouth additional blower can be further improved degassing efficiency. The body of tank is designed by the liquid levels frequency conversion control and the upper tank provided with an overflow pipeline, to ensure the separation of the impurity gas, but also guarantee the safe operation of the system.
