Development of the Prediction Software for Mechanical Properties of Automotive Plastic Materials at High and Low Temperatures

Plastic materials account for more and more advantages in automotive materials, and it is necessary to develop a software to accurately predict the mechanical properties at high and low temperatures. In this paper, the prediction software for mechanical properties of automotive plastic materials at high and low temperatures developed. By applying various controls and algorithms in python3, the material stress-strain curve is predicted in any range of temperature by processing the mechanical experimental data. The software helps reduce test and development costs for scientific research and engineering.
