Mix optimization scheduling approach for multi-resource job-shop

Aming at the problem of multi-resource job-shop scheduling and combining the characteristics of heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm,this paper presents a mix scheduling algorithm and establishes multi-resource constrained programming model.According to the influence degree of the priority rule on the goal of scheduling,a new code rule is designed andsine function is adopted as adaptive factor in an improved genetic algorithm to make probabilities of crossing and variation change with adaptation degree of population automatically,so as to improve the efficiency of the operation.The results abtained by a real example simulation and comparison with other algorithms indicate that the mix scheduling algorithm can carry out the optimization scheduling of machine-tool and tools in the job-shops under the constraints of multiple production resources.And the evaluation indices of the algorithm are superior to those of other algorithms.
