Rabi oscillations of intersubband transitions in GaAs/AlGaAs MQWs

Rabi oscillations of intersubband transitions in n-type modulation-doped GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells are directly observed by electro-optic sampling of ultrashort THz transients with large electric-field amplitudes transmitted through the sample.
