Research on Establishment and Management of Nuclear Power Plant Around Planning Restricted Zone

According to the current regulations and rules,the article analyses the status and weak- ness of safety management (emergency preparedness,external natural or human event)and economic de- velopment of nuclear power plant around planning restricted zone. The author puts forward suggestions to accelerate the construction of regulations and rules for the spe- cial planning restricted zone,and proposes establishing the nuclear power plant around planning restricted zone development fund for dynamic control and compensation,etc..
