PARTY GOVERNMENT AND THE SALIENCY OF CONGRESS

To what extent do public reactions to the legislative records of the major parties influence voter's choices among party candidates at mid-term congressional elections? Here is a study that provides an answer and throws light on some of the unique aspects of the American party system. Donald E. Stokes and Warren E.
