On Traffic Safety Analysis for Trial Pavement Section of Safeguard Project and Decision Index of Implementation Project

According to the specific highway condition on the NingShan section of national Highway 210 in Shanxi province,this paper evaluates the traffic safety of the trial section of the safeguard project by using the road safety theory.Also,it analyses the various influencing factors of the mountainous road traffic accident rate in response to the characteristics of accident blackspots,puts forward the decision index of implementing the safeguard project and proposes the relevant technical plan on the basis of the decision index and practical situation of engineering.
