소형 볼베어링의 비반복적에러 요소에 관한 연구

Recently, there has been much study for reduction of error motion generated from hard disk in order to increase track per inch on hard disk and improve precision of data processing equipment. This error motion is composed of repeatable runout and non-repeatable run out. Especially, non-repeatable runout is impossible to compensate with servo control, therefor it cause position error. Tanaka studied to reduce non-repeatable runout at hard disk ball bearing theoretically and S. Noguchi suggested new equipment for measuring non-repeatable run out at hard disk ball bearing. However, there has been little experimental study for parameter of effect on non-repeatable run out at small ball bearing. his paper selects the parameter of effect on non~repeatable runout at small ball bearing and evaluates non-repeatable runnot based on preload, the number of ball, bearing outrace waviness with manufacturing for measuring non-repeatable run out. The results of this paper show that non-repeatable runout was affected by bearing preload and reduced by ball number increasing and affected by factor of outer-race waviness over second order dominantly.
