The invention provides a vertical testing device for a reliability test of an aircraft landing gear door uplock. The vertical testing device is composed of a supporting mechanism, a simulated door structure and a driving device, wherein the door uplock to be tested, the simulated door structure and the driving device are all installed on the supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism is connected with an external vibration table, the driving device drives the simulated door structure to move, and the simulated door structure comprises a lock ring, a lock ring supporting part, a simulated door frame and a belleville spring. The vertical testing device is small in size and low in weight, can be installed in an environment temperature test box and meet the weight requirement of the vibration table, can be matched with the vibration table to achieve vibration stress loading, can be matched with a hydraulic system to achieve work triggering of the door uplock to be tested, and can simulate aerodynamic force loading. The environment conditions and working conditions simulated by the device are pretty real, and the device has certain universality and can be used for the reliability test of door locks with similar principles. The vertical testing device is low in machining cost and low in testing cost.
