Spatial Features and Elements Affecting Indoor Wayfinding - A Case Study in a Transit Hub

Indoor spatial features and elements have been identified as essential points that affecting wayfinding performance of a complex building. This research chose Shanghai south railway station to have a comprehensive understanding on the influence of spatial features and elements on wayfinding. Combination methods of tracking observation and space syntax analysis were introduced.
