The invention provides a laser processing production process of a light guide plate. The production process comprises the following steps: step 1, providing a laser processing device capable of operating a light guide plate graphic design software and a raw material of the light guide plate; step 2, configuring graphic parameters of the light guide plate according to the distribution of incident light sources and light guide requirements, and forming a light guide plate graph without 'focal point'; step 3, generating processed data files, and transmitting the processed data files to a device controller; step 4, placing the raw material of the light guide plate into the laser processing device; and step 5, starting the laser processing device and carrying out processing. According to the production process of the laser processing light guide plate, the raw material of the light guide plate is processed by the laser processing device which operates the light guide plate graphic design software, one lattice point in the light guide graph generated by the light guide plate graphic design software can be shaped only by emergent light sculpting for one time, the 'focal point' phenomenon can be avoided, and the production efficiency is improved when the quality of the light guide plate is guaranteed.
