Discussion on University Talent Training under the New Situation

With the National Education Working Conference held and the issue of National Education Plan,China opens on new chapter for its education reform and development,making China embark on the historical journey to transform from a great nation of human resources to a great power of human resources.The university is facing the new challenge and perfect development opportunity at the same time,making university's personnel training especially important.Currently,the factors restricting university personnel training are lack of master teachers;the weak innovation ability of the entire teacher staff;unreasonable structure of higher education's resource allocation and input;slow system reform process.Therefore,we should take some measures,such as building high quality teacher staff,generously rewarding the excellent teachers and deepening the management system reform inside the university.
