DEMOGRAPHIC DEVELOPMENTS , LABOUR MARKETS AND INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION IN POLAND-POLICY CHALLENGES

The paper studies labour migration in Poland with the aim to elaborate various migration policy options for the future. The analysis takes into account demographic and labour force projections, economic developments, recent migration trends, as well as an assessment of labour migration policies schemes and practices in the country.
