Moisture content of wheat in the harvesting period

Abstract An explanatory model (based on physical processes) and 4 descriptive models (based on curve fitting) for the moisture content of wheat in the field under the influence of the weather are described and compared with experimental results. Some descriptive models can achieve the same results as an explanatory model.
