A Safety Evaluation Method of Military Aircraft Based on ANP and GAHP

To improve the existing methods on safety risk decision in the design phase of military aeronautic project,the grey fuzzy analytic network process,a new method is proposed,which combines the analytic network process(ANP) with the grey analysis hierarchy process(GAHP).A military aircraft safety risk evaluation model is established from the perspective of "human-machine" and "environment-machine".At last,some aeronautic project is presented as an example.The result shows that the method can solve the above motioned problem.By using this method to evaluate the safety performance,the available schemes were quickly ranked by their safety performance,and the deficiency of these schemes was also found out.The difficult problem with safety design of military aircrafts based on full life cycles was primarily solved in the aeronautic project.
