Abstract In this study the length, strength and weight of the arm and its segments were measured and correlated with the maximum speed of voluntary movements. From the experimental findings recorded there is no statistically significant correlation between the speed of voluntary movements of the hand, forearm and arm and the weight, length and strength of the arm and its segments.
