The Method of Update Input-output Data and Application in the Analysis of Carbon Emissions

This paper proposes a method of input-output updata method,to make the input-output date timely and can easily cooperate with other methods.This method use the idea of RAS method,that make the rows and columns balance,and make use of make table and use table,in order to get the symmetric input-output table.This paper uses the method to update the 1995-2009 Chinese input-output data,and analyzes the factor decomposition of carbon emissions in China based on data,and estimate the consumption carbon emissions.
