An Introduction to Stochastic Transportation Models

In this paper, we consider routing and location models involving some uncertain data. We motivate through examples in Section 1 why stochastic models are relevant and useful. We indicate in Section 2 how to model uncertainty and give some algorithmic procedures in Section 3.
