A synchronization system and method for micro-electromechanical systems for seismic acquisition

The present invention provides a method of synchronizing with a microelectromechanical system seismic acquisition system, belonging to the field of seismic data acquisition in geophysical exploration. The synchronization system comprises a synchronizing circuit mounted on the MEMS digital geophone, is mounted on the recording GPS timing counter and the monitoring unit and the GPS timing counter and mounted on the MEMS digital geophone station in the center; the method utilizes timing output pulse characteristics of the installation and the monitoring unit microelectromechanical digital geophone station of GPS recorded in the center, respectively, and a central monitoring unit recording on the timer counter MEMS digital geophone calibration station and reset. The present invention achieves acquisition system synchronization, the synchronization time is less than 50us system, to solve the synchronization problem MEMS seismic acquisition system, while a system for collecting time between different digital geophone controlled within 100us.
